How long do I get to complete my qualification?
The registration period is set by our Awarding Organisation which is subject to change. They are based on the level and size of the qualification in terms of credits. If your registration period is close to expiring you can contact us to re-register which will be a fee set by Footstep Training. You will be sent an invoice which must be paid within 14 days. If you fail to pay and your course expires you will be required to pay the full price as shown on the website at the time. If you are close to completion, your registration is still live, and need extra time due to personal issues or circumstances, we can apply for an extension with Future Quals. It is their decision as to whether they grant it or not.
What happens after I enroll?
You need to pay viaPaypal, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Card, BACS or Bank Transfer first and complete the registration form which will be emailed to you. Once we receive the payment and form, we will send you your course materials and information, usually within 24hrs. You can access everything you need as soon as we send it, so no need to wait until you submit your first assignment before you start the next one. You will have access to forums to ask other students and tutors questions and will receive full support until you have passed.
How do you take payment for the course?
